Sunday Stills: Tri-Color

For this Sunday's photo challenge we were to use some composition and creativity and get some unusual colors. The most colorful room in my house is my library, as the rest is subdued in nature's palette. This photo, although cropped, has not been digitally manipulated--I achieved it simply by spinning the camera.

Excellent! I always meant to have a go shooting whilst twisting the zoom ring - never thought to spin the camera for a different effect, great stuff :D

I have a friend raising chickens in her weaving studio. I said, oh you should meet my friend who has them in her bathroom! ha ha!

I explained you were waiting for farmer Rick to finish the coop, she said that would be one way to get it done! ha ha!

She buys chicks every year for the little girls on her block, and they raise them until they can escape their box they are in, then they go to a farmer friend.
